    Oh Andrew !!! I can’t thank you enough !!….
    I just finished my first quilt (of many of my backlogged) …since you were here and serviced my machine…. and instead of tears of frustration…. I had tears of uttermost JOY!!!!!!…

    My stitches (top and bottom) look wonderful !!… I had minimal thread breakage (and that was only due to my error not machine or needle …lol…..).. AND in all TRUTH — this has been the best experience since owning my pre-owned GAMMILL since 2012 !!!!!

    Ok.. gotta go back to “work” now and try to get another quilt pin and finished today.. so I can start making a dent in my back log of quilts…….

    So here’s keeping fingers crossed and prayers sent heavenward that I will have many more days, months, and years with no more future ‘issues’…..
    Thank you again for bringing JOY back into my life !!!.

    Andrew, I just wanted you to know what a great job Andy did in assisting me with the repair of my Gammill Longarm machine. He called me several times, helped to diagnose the problem, and even called the manufacturer when we were stumped. He also made a utube video of how to install the new encoder which allowed my husband and I to install the part. You are lucky to have such a dedicated and helpful employee. Thanks again, Dana
